Ottawa Valley artist and teacher

Margaret Ferraro: Shanty Bay, Ontario, Canada; I am a workshop Instructor, living in the Ottawa Valley, specializing in life drawing, pastel, acrylic, and plein air workshops. I take groups on painting trips, teaching them to paint on location wherever we happen to be. My first love is figure work. I like classic artwork, but symbolists are important to me, and I love many other forms of art. *Ferraro demos at Pastel Artists of Canada national juried show, Sunday May 10-Brampton, Ont. *May 31-June1, Intro to Pastel at Dodds' gallery *Pastel workshop at Haliburton school of the arts (www.hsta.ca), June 30-July 4 *demo at McMichael Cdn.
